mummy chhaap

you know your personality is mummyfied for life if these are your day dreams:

figure skating on ice, and applauding when a little figure eight is made alongside/over yours.

cycling on an endless empty smooth road, panting ever so lightly because your little child sits in those pretty wicker baskets on the handle.

grilling those perfect pork chops, with baby potatoes, carrots and whatever other healthy thing that can withstand that kind of grilling.

singing in tune, but not those soulful blues, just the fun kishore kumar songs!

this list can get more depressing/fun...

How about dreaming of Beaches and detailing the swim-wear the baby(!) will wear? Am so with you on this. Once you become a mommy you can never stop being one !

hee hee hee...you are so right...i did that when we went to goa last year. this despite the fact that i had just got back to my pre pregnancy weight, so should have been all set to show off!
but the little yellow bikini she got from her nani stole the show for me

SO cute. My daydreams include going to a mall and having brat walk next to me, holding my hand and being a good boy...... and actually letting me look at the stores and their contents. especially at sale time.

karmickids : walking down the aisle-in a shop-with a child not going wild is such an endearing-and unimaginable image! what we would do without our dreams

I like just having the feeling of my hand on the back of their heads, and bending down to smell them. I am a big fly that buzzes around them loving them with all I got.

That was a beautiful post.
